| Descripción de la oferta: | This position is responsible for providing limited front-end technical support to customers by providing solutions to some product usability and functionality questions, to deliver quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsabilities *Provide limited Technical Support for a product or product line to customers using telephone and web-based solutions. Researches functionality and usability related issues; identify and direct complex or high impact issues to senior staff for resolution. *Work with minimal supervision; uses SLA procedures to prioritize workload and backlogs. *Develop skills with CA products and related technologies to provide quality customer support. *Maintain knowledge of support policies, procedures and systems; is guided by the Technical Support Handbook for operational procedures. *Use the appropriate call tracking and other CA technical support systems to identify fixes, investigate customer problems, answer common questions, check entitlement, keep issues up to date and correctly documented. *Provide input into published knowledge base Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). *Promote use of customer self-support tools provided by CA, by demonstrating functionality and effectiveness to customers. Soft Skills *Proficient customer service skills. *Competent communication skills. *Capable of demonstrating basic troubleshooting and analytical skills. *Capable of demonstrating teamwork skills. *Capacity to handle difficult customer situations. Technical Skills *Knowledge of Windows required. *Experience with software installations and implementations. *Knowledge of at least one or two UNIX operating systems such as Solaris, Linux, AIX, HP-UX desired. *Microsoft SQL Server skills appreciated. *Knowledge of the Unicenter Desktop and Server Management suite a plus. Language Skills *Fluent in French; native French speaker preferred. *Good command of English required. *Knowledge of one or more of the following languages appreciated: German, Italian, Spanish. |
