GFT Business Consulting offers strategic and operational business consulting to large financial institutions in Europe. The majority of clients are blue chip investment banks, retails banks, private banking divisions, asset managers and hedge funds. Work focuses on the evaluation of processes or strategic alternatives, together with planning and coordination of large international projects. Some projects have a close relation to information systems, while other projects are focused purely on process, organization, or strategy. Your activities will include: •Consulting projects as part of a GFT team at locations across Europe, in close cooperation with our clients’ top managers. •Investigation and writing of strategic reports providing process analysis, cost-benefit analysis, business requirement definition, business architecture and evaluation of business strategies. •Programme and project management, including project planning, control, and project tracking, as well as coordination of teams and the presentation of results to top management. In addition you will be involved in: •Pre-sales activities and proposal preparation for business consulting projects, and occasionally for technology projects together specialists from GFT’s IT delivery teams. •Internal knowledge management, receiving training from GFT specialists and providing knowledge to others in your area of specialty. Requisitos
| Estudios mínimos: | Licenciado - Administración y Dirección de Empresas |
| Experiencia mínima: | Al menos 3 años |
| Imprescindible residente en: | CEE |
| Requisitos mínimos: | •Studies in business administration or economics that would normally include an MBA from a top university or a comparable degree •Experience in financial institutions or consulting projects for the financial services industry, preferably in an international environment •Good knowledge in one or several of the following areas: -Sales organisation and customer management processes in retail banking, corporate banking, investment banking, international private banking, or insurance; Capital markets trading and processing (Equities, Fixed income, Derivatives) and/or analysis of market and credit risk; Asset management, Hedge Funds, or Prime Brokerage; Securities processing and custody; credit and loans processes and risk management; Insurance back-office processing; Experience in the management of teams (principal consultant) •Native or Excellent English, both spoken and written •Availability for frequent travel to European capitals during the week (London, Paris and Frankfurt) |
| Requisitos deseados: | - German, Spanish, and French will also be valued. - A good understanding of Information Technology will also be considered an asset. |
