In order to manage and optimize our advertisers´ campaigns, we are looking for an experienced professional who will be responsible for the bottom-line success of our advertising strategy. Working as part of our Central Services, The Campaign Manager is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing complex online advertising campaigns through the use of several technology platforms. Some responsibilities are: • Ensure that online advertising campaigns are implemented in an accurate and timely manner to ensure complete and accurate revenue recognition. • Provision, track, measure, and analyze the performance of multiple campaigns. This includes updating and maintaining detailed client campaign reports on a weekly and monthly basis. • Regularly compare campaign objectives vs. performance data and identify strategies for maximizing advertiser ROI. • Work collaboratively with sales to recommend campaign modifications, leveraging understanding of advertiser and product performance. • Act as client and sales contact for any campaign performance questions and other issues as needed. • Work with graphical advertising, 3rd party advertising tags, and Rich Media creative. • Work directly with client on any and all elements related to creative specifications and submission. • Troubleshoot any ad creative issues that affect tracking, implementation, or reporting. • Work with sales, clients and internal ad technology team to address and resolve creative and coding issues. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | • Extremely proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent client service, organizational abilities, and verbal and written communication skills with both internal colleagues and external clients. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must. • Previous experience in such position, managing the campaigns of a high traffic website, and with proven experience managing at least one adserving solution. • Understanding of interactive media advertising and the Internet. • Enthusiastic, high energy and unafraid to ``roll up your sleeves``. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude. • Proficient in Outlook, MS Excel, Power Point & Word. |
| Requisitos deseados: | • Experience with HTML, Macromedia Flash, Javascript preferred. • Experience with one or more Internet ad management or targeted marketing applications (e.g., DoubleClick DART, 24/7 Real Media, OpenAdStream, DARTmail, UnitMail, • Working knowledge of 3rd party tags and be familiar with Flash and various rich media advertising creative technologies. • Ability to work independently, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Account/Project management and customer service experience preferred. |
