Our manufacturing locations are state-of-the-art, cutting edge, and all over the world. job description The main responsibility will be to support the IPG Channel Returns Operation by analyzing and designing product return related logistics- and business processes. This includes improvement, standardization and implementation of process-, tool- and system enhancements. In addition, you will work in close cooperation with the Channel Returns team on the development of operational projects and strategies to decrease the number of product returns and to maximize the value recovery of returned products to reduce the cost of the reverse supply chain in EMEA. Core Accountability • Operation mgmt to deliver IPG returns at lowest cost in support of BU/GTM returns’ policies • Development and improvement of Returns Network • Influence channel return engagement strategy • Reduce financial impact of returns while ensuring channel satisfaction Responsibilities (things I do) Core Responsibilities • Identification of cost reduction opportunities and implementation of cost reduction initiatives • Project Management or Steering Board Membership • Development and deployment of DOA strategy Extended Responsibilities • SLA Management for key linkages • POR & cost saving tracking for Channel Returns & Remarketing

Requisitos mínimos:	Strong analytical skills Innovative thinking related to process improvements Project management experience with ability to manage complex project independently and efficiently Ability to transfer business requirements into data reports including analyzing of results Strong data management skills including MS Access, Excel (advanced) with ability to produce standardized reports as well as ad-hoc reports Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish language Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain excellent working relationships
