Descripción de la oferta:	Email Marketing Specialist- Retention VistaPrint is looking for the best people who understand email marketing to coordinate the retention marketing initiatives at a dynamic company. The Retention Marketing Associate`s core responsibilities are to coordinate with the Marketing, Analytics and Creative teams to assist in the execution of our retention email strategy for the European Markets. Responsibilities Include: • Support the Marketing team in constructing email campaigns by preparing all appropriate components for Customer Retention • Ensure quality of campaign set-up by coordinating with the Quality Assurance team to validate campaigns are functioning correctly • Constantly update and monitor creative • Prepare all appropriate documentation to manage retention-marketing campaigns including: test matrices, projected conversion rates, number of messages to be sent, and revenue • Work with creative team to ensure branding guidelines and legal requirements are being met • Monitor daily/weekly/cumulative reports to analyze campaign performance and survey results • Identifying opportunities for automation

Experiencia mínima:	Al menos 3 años
Requisitos mínimos:	Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor`s Degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant field required • 3 to 5 years of online marketing experience required, specifically, experience with email marketing in Europe. • Excellent problem solving skills • Solid organizational, analytical and project coordination skills. Able to handle a variety of tasks quickly, efficiently, and with a minimum amount of rework • Sound email-marketing understanding, including how to set up tests and track results • Strong writing and editing skills with good command of grammar, punctuation, and promotional writing basics. Attention to detail a must • Proficiency with HTML and SQL a plus • Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment
Requisitos deseados:	• Knowledge of foreign languages a plus • Cooperative and able to work well in a team, but can accomplish tasks and projects independently • Proven ability to multi-task and work on multiple complex tasks that come together under one deadline
