| Descripción de la oferta: | In line with SELLBYTEL Communication Group’s newest Customer Care service project, we are currently recruiting 7 German Speakers and 5 Dutch speakers to be part of this exciting new client team, leader in the technological sector (computers, laptop, PDA’s, telecommunication, entertainment,… ). Our new Service will be responsible for providing Telephone Support Services on our client’s excusive leading products by: - Resolving and accurately logging Customer’s post-sale requests with the highest level of professionalism, ideally in a single telephone call. Services may include responding to general order status and delivery queries, expediting delivery, determining price protection eligibility, determining return eligibility, retaining customers, and if necessary canceling order lines/orders, and providing general sales and policy information. - Escalating phone calls regarding product returns, defective product, lost product, carrier issues, payment and promotion issues, appropriately escalating appeasement requests, and other order maintenance; Escalating issues that are beyond of the training level provided, using good judgment and initiative. - Provide full support to end user following protocols agreed between SELLBYTEL and our client, focusing on quality and appropriate communication, using a CRM.
