| Descripción de la oferta: | We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to plan and implement the retention direct marketing initiatives at a dynamic e-commerce company. The selected candidate will lead key Direct Mail initiatives and assist the Direct Mail Marketing team in executing DM campaigns by preparing all appropriate components, from offer details and scheduling through production. Responsibilities: • Lead initiatives such as the box insert program and revamping the sample kit • Work with the creative team to ensure that pieces are strong from a direct response standpoint but also meet branding guidelines and legal requirements • Prepare all appropriate documentation to manage direct marketing campaigns, including creative briefs, test matrices, production matrices, projected conversion rates and revenue • Assist in audience selection and test plan development • Monitor daily/weekly/cumulative reports to analyze campaign performance and results |
