THE POSITION As a member of the F&A department you will work in a highly international and challenging environment providing information support to the General Motors/General Electric’s suppliers, clients and employees worldwide. Reporting to a team leader, you will be in charge of: -Responding to phone inquiries and complaints in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner following adapted procedures. -Logging customer calls and communicating appropriate options for resolution. -Gathering information from the caller using a computerized system -Investigating to resolve the problem and communicate the solution -Escalating to a Team Leader if necessary
