Descripción de la oferta:	LAVENDON GROUP PLC seeks a PROJECT MANAGER. The key purpose of the role is to project manage, major IT projects within the Group, as assigned. To validate the business case for investment and to contrast this with the investment costs through a formal capex application. Subsequently, to manage the involvement of business and Group IT resources in the change programme, defining the plan and allocating activities to assure a smooth implementation: - Structure the Change Programme and formalise the Project Plan; - Analyse current operating practices and identify opportunities for process improvement; - Develop changes in operational processes and procedures; - Define changes in Business Systems which will support process changes; - Oversee testing of Business Systems to ensure readiness for implementation; - Work with local business teams, in Divisions, to introduce changes in process; - Assist in the establishment of training courses and audit programmes to ensure compliance. Is required to travel within the UK & across Europe ant the head office will be set in Brussels, Bordeus or Barcelona

Requisitos

Estudios mínimos:	Ingeniero Técnico
Experiencia mínima:	Al menos 3 años
Imprescindible residente en:	Provincia Puesto Vacante
Requisitos mínimos:	- Able to demonstrate core Project Management skills: budget, timescales, resources, quality; - You must be able to demonstrate the implementation of change, within your current role; - Demonstrate experience of structuring a project from fruition to implementation. - Speaking one or more foreign languages would be desirable, strong English is essential. - You will be required to travel within the UK & across Europe Personal Profile: - You have strong inter-personal and written / oral communication skills; - You are PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office to a basic standard; - You must be a team player (able to work in matrix environment) with a “hands-on” style; Skills / Experience - You will be able to demonstrate strong problem solving skills; - You must be process-oriented and able to explain activities as a flow of work or set of steps; - You are customer-service led and aware of the importance of customer retention; - You must be analytical and numerate.
