| Descripción de la oferta: | RESPONSIBILITIES: •Act as the point of contact for internal customers •Handle Virtual Tech Tickets and all level of calls from our internal customers. Provide information, help and solve incidences with IT Tools •Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by providing an exceptional quality service •Handle customer complains and try to find best possible solution. •Help achieve and maintain our productivity and quality objectives by his/her individual contribution to the service, the team and the area. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | REQUIREMENTS •Preferably experience as a telephone operator or in a call centre environment •Willing to learn new systems and applications •Ability to work with computers and telephone use confidence •Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills •Related degree highly valued •Flexibility of working hours •Able to achieve objectives by working within a team •Proven high quality and productivity standards achievement •Must show a commitment to excellence, and dedication to Quality customer service |
