Descripción de la oferta: This role is responsible for the following main objectives:

Payroll and Benefits
The Administrator is responsible for accurate data management of employee records within ADP payroll systems, and controlling/checking the output of the processed pay slips. The candidate will work with the Human Resources Manager and Finance department on payroll reconciliations, accruals. The Administrator is also responsible for the ongoing management of benefit schemes including new hire enrolment, changes to benefits coverage and vendor management.

Data Management
The Administrator is responsible for data management of employee records within SAP HR and has ownership for data entry related to processing new hire paperwork, change-of-status forms, compensation changes, and other types of HR transactions. He/she is also responsible for running regularly audits and standard and ad-hoc reports as required.

HR Administration
The Administrator is responsible for supporting the HR Manager on all aspects of relocation including work permit/visa applications, liaison with providers, for example relocation companies, new hire integration and liaison with other VP teams regarding tax obligations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Run the monthly payroll process. Verify and submit payroll for processing.
• Owns and manages all HRIS data in SAP.
• Liaise with the relevant tax authorities on a monthly /quarterly basis.
• Calculates changes in contract amounts and payouts for accrued sick and vacation leave.
• Preparation and filing of the relevant documentation for the non-resident status.
• Coordinate and manage the process for receiving accurate new hire paperwork for all employee personnel files.
• Maintain employee personnel file documentation to ensure that all appropriate paperwork is received as required.
• Identify business improvements with the aim of enhancing the performance of the Payroll section.
• Perform audits and generate reports to ensure accurate data throughout applicable systems.
• Review and process the time-registration procedures.
• Ensure that all relevant procedures are documented.
• Serve as liaison between VistaPrint and the benefit administration vendors / broker.
• Administers benefits, including reporting, invoice processing, and payroll reconciliation.
• Administers stock & RSUs plans according to local legislation.
• Provide process and procedure training on an as needed basis.
• Continually evaluate and assess business processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Compiles and analyzes payroll data, makes recommendations and determinations and prepares related reports.
• Acts as liaison with employees in answering questions, providing alternatives and facilitating decision making.
• Compiles financial, tax and payroll reports for both internal and external purposes.
• Perform other administrative HR support activities as requested.

Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Licenciado - Administración y Dirección de Empresas
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 2 años
Imprescindible residente en: España
Requisitos mínimos: Knowledge, skills and abilities:

Education:
• Degree related is preferred.

Experience:
• At least 2 years experience using a robust enterprise relational database application or HRIS system (SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft) or similar.
• 2-4 years experience in an HR administrative role.
• 2-4 years experience as a payroll specialist.
• English fluent is a must, Spanish preferred.

•  Experience with Excel spreadsheets and Word software.
•  Good organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work independently on prioritizing job responsibilities and multiple tasks around deadlines, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and following procedures.
• Must be committed to outstanding customer service and have well developed interpersonal skills.
