Descripción de la oferta: IQF Group (www.iqfnutrition.com), multinational company active in 60 countries specialized in ingredients for the food, pet food and feed industries is looking for a Key Account Manager for food ingredients responsible for the management and sales to European distributors and final clients. The successful candidate has at least 3 years of sales experience of food ingredients. We offer the opportunity to an exciting career in a fast growing company and professional development.

Functions:
Develop, grow and maintain the client portfolio to increase revenue from the region (currently distributors in over 10 countries)
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims.
Definition of the objectives: Development of markets, budgets and monitor the results
Motivate and work through a network of multinational and national distributors
Communicate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Licenciado - Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 3 años
Imprescindible residente en: Provincia Puesto Vacante
Requisitos mínimos: University degree preferably in Food Science/Food Technology, alternatively in pharmacy, biology, human nutrition
Three years international sales experience of food ingredients, preferably through a network of distributors. Used to work on an international level.
Strong commercial awareness. Highly results oriented. High level of negotiation skills. Strong personality. Able to be successful in a stressing environment. Not easy to feel frustrated. Highest level of communication. Able to create trust with the client and within the organisation. Able to work and take decisions autonomously. Culturally sensitive.
Basis in Tarragona.
Availability to travel internationally (50% of the time)
Fluent English is strictly required and Spanish is preferred. Other languages are appreciated (e.g. German, French)

Requisitos deseados: Degree in (international) business.
Living experience in Spain
Used to work in both multinational and family owned companies
