Descripción de la oferta: As Marketing Specialist, Paid Search, for France, you will be in charge of managing all the Paid Search campaigns and strategy for the VistaPrint French website. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager France, you will be responsible for the channel revenue and quarter over quarter growth, managing your own budget in order to reach our marketing spend targets.

You will have to work in coordination with both internal and external resources to execute and develop the Paid Search strategy. Part of your responsibilities will be to create and launch campaigns for new and seasonal VistaPrint products, constantly optimize actual campaigns and keywords, and manage the search marketing budget in order to acquire new profitable VistaPrint customers. Testing and optimization, including creative copies and landing pages, will be a key part of your role to constantly improve the performance of your campaigns. You will be working closely with the other European Paid Search Specialists and will be involved in the cross-functional company-wide effort to optimize the site for organic search performance.

The ideal candidate will be a driven and motivated marketer, willing to make a significant contribution to the French Paid Search acquisition channel, and will be comfortable in a high-performance, target driven environment. The candidate will need to have very strong analytical skills and will have to be very familiar with the standard best practices and tools of the Search industry.

Performance will be measured against monthly and quarterly revenue and marketing spend targets.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the growth of the French Paid Search channel with full P&L responsibility
• Develop and execute the Paid Search strategy to maximize sales, cost effectiveness and build long term growth
• Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly revenue and marketing spend targets
• Participate in the cross-functional company-wide effort to optimize the site for organic search
• Create, launch, optimize Paid listing campaigns for new and seasonal VistaPrint products
• Analyze campaign results and drive testing initiatives and decisions based on data
• Create, apply and share best practices with the European Paid Search Specialists
• Work very closely with the internal Analytics department to get deep understanding of the campaign results and the different test initiatives
• Utilize inside and outside resources (tools) to manage spend and campaigns


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Diplomado
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 2 años
Requisitos mínimos: Requirements:
• University degree in business, marketing is preferred
• 2-5 years experience managing and developing SEM programs in an ROI environment (agency or advertiser)
• Must have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Paid Search industry and the French market
• Solid understanding of marketing principles
• Strong analytical skills required, data driven and results oriented
• Organized, detail oriented, and process-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and drive for a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and with a positive “can do” attitude and able to work both independently and in a team
• Comfortable in a high-performance, target-driven environment
• Native French language skills (both written and verbal) are essential; strong English language skills are also required
• Proficient in the use of MS-Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
