Descripción de la oferta: Online Marketing Specialist, Spanish Market

As Marketing Specialist for the Spanish market, you will be managing all the Acquisition Channels (Acquisition Email, Affiliate programs, Search Marketing, Online Marketing and Off-line / Print) in order to grow the market’s revenue and acquire profitable VistaPrint customers through the Spanish website.

You will develop an overall strategy to acquire profitable VistaPrint customers; negotiate, plan, deploy and optimize the campaigns with external advertising partners; identify, recruit, and negotiate with new partners; and work with creative resources to improve direct response and grow customer acquisition efficacies.

You should be very comfortable communicating and negotiating with partners, and have a very good knowledge of the internet industry in Spain. You will need to be able to work autonomously, have a very pro-active and “sales” attitude, and be numbers-driven, analytical and creative. Your performance will be measured against monthly and quarterly revenue and marketing spend targets.


Responsibilities
• Contribute to the growth of the Spanish acquisition channels.
• Develop and execute the different channels strategy to maximize sales and achieve quarterly goals while accurately accruing and managing channel costs. Build long term growth.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly target levels for number of customers, overall bookings, marketing spend & contribution margin.
• Own and produce accurate short-term bottoms-up forecasts for the channels.
• Develop an ongoing pipeline of potential partners through lead generation and maintain and grow relationships with current partners.
• Negotiate, deploy and optimize the campaigns with external advertising partners.
• Follow current marketing best practices and contribute to developing new ones.
• Work closely with our in-house creative department to optimize campaign materials and develop innovative direct response concepts.
• Analyze campaign performance and drive testing initiatives and decisions based on data.
• Ensure that rapid testing and learning are executed within the channel to promote incremental growth and critical breakthroughs.


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Diplomado
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 2 años
Requisitos mínimos: Education, Experience and Qualifications:
• 2-3 years relevant work experience managing online campaigns in different channels.
• University degree in Marketing, e-commerce or related field is preferred.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of the Spanish online market.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles.
• Direct response marketing experience.
• Data driven and results oriented.
• Proactive and with a positive “can do” Attitude.
• Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Native Spanish language skills (both written and verbal) are essential; strong English language skills are also required.
• Proficient in the use of MS-Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
