| Descripción de la oferta: | Channel Replenishment Operations team is providing word-class services in Europe for channel partners. The team is supporting the specific channel of retailers, distributors and resellers. The team is responsible for supporting these external partners in the area of order fulfilment and to represent the interface to other internal departments of the company. Operations Specialist The scope of the job is the management and coordination of order taking, order backlog as well as post sales activities for channel partners in France or Italy, centrally from Barcelona. The Partner Account Administrator acts as a focal point for all order fulfilment related partner inquiries. Furthermore a key function is to address, explore and solve partner claims, such as delivery failures, price disputes etc. in close collaboration with country sales teams, credit & collection departments and logistics teams. |
Requisitos
| Estudios mínimos: | Licenciado |
| Experiencia mínima: | Al menos 2 años |
| Requisitos mínimos: | • Bachelor degree or equivalent education, ideally with business orientation. • Native in Portuguese and excellent English language skills. • Experience in coordinating multiple activities. • Preferred experience in dealing with external customers by telephone. • High IT proficiency and experience as a user of MS Office applications. • Excellent spoken and written communication skills. • Ability to manage high workload while keeping a high level of quality and meeting deadlines. • Excellent team work ability and a positive attitude. |
