Softonic is currently available in Spanish, English, German and French, and more languages will follow in the near future. In order to sustain our growth and expand internationally, we’re looking for someone focused on finding and hiring talent for Softonic, especially for our Development and Editorial departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Full lifecycle recruiting • Proactive search of potential candidates in multiple sources (blogs, job boards, business networks, etc.) • Interview and screen applicants and conduct reference checks. • Coordinate pre-employment travel, relocation, reporting dates, and employment processing, including visas. • Maintain relationship with universities in order to hire students who match our profiles. You will also function as technical specialist, sourcing, recruiting and identifying candidates for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract positions (developers, webmasters, editors), usually requiring extensive search. Softonic is a 10-years old company which became profitable many years ago. Our mission is to be the biggest software download portal in the world (already nº2). Can you help us fulfil this mission? |

| Requisitos mínimos: | • 2 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in engineering/computer/Internet industries. • Knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management. • Excellent time management, writing, and oral communication skills are required. • Very good English and Spanish level • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions. • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and the use of email. • Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases. • Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. |
