Descripción de la oferta: MULTINATIONAL IT COMPANY requires:

SALES FINANCE ANALYST with a variety of finance and sales realted functions that include:

- Manage day to day business development department finance activities, which include pricing potential Proforma models for prospective deals and implementing financial sales models.
- Work closely with operating units ti gain and maintain in depth understanding of operating and capital cost structure and drivers. Ongoing update and investigation of actual costs at the partner and functional levels. This would be accomplished by working with various groups to gather appropriate data, review activity reporting as well as review revised contracts, and update database of key financial guidelines.
- Responsible for financial input on term sheets and proposals
- Maintain project documentation, including objectives, scope, resource plans and capital and expense costs as it relates to potential deals
- Manage non partner business development (ie credit card deals, cross sell, financing).
- Work closely with accounting on payment terms and accounting deal issues
- Review monthly account analyses to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Utilize and compile benchmarking analysis of comparable performance metrics and competitive proposals
- Update internal price list for the sales team
- Maintain project documentation of all deal structures including changes and rational for strategy

Administrate Sales Automation Tool

- Support Sales Directors in weekly analysis of their account pipeline
- Update weekly flash reports for both directors and senior business development manager
- Maintain and ensure usage of sales force automation tool
- Update Due Diligence/Discovery items that need to be collected for each deal
- Send teasers to Sales team on accounts that need pushing

Support Internal Organization

- Develop client-ready presentations based on data and financial analysis that clearly communicate the GSI difference
- Finance: provide deal summaries and pipeline reports
- Fulfillment/Customer Service: work with operating units to understand operating and cost structure and drivers
- Accounting: work on payment terms and accounting deal issues as well as keep them up to date with deal developments

Other Business Development

- Assist with the analysis of non partner business development (i.e. credit card deals, financing).


Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Diplomado - Ciencias Empresariales
Experiencia mínima: Más de 5 años
Imprescindible residente en: Provincia Puesto Vacante
Requisitos mínimos: * 7-12 years of professional experience with 5-10 years in a management capacity (preferably within a technology and retail operations environment); 1-3 years of related financial/business analysis experience
*Possesses strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships both within and outside the organization.
*B.S. in Business Administration or Finance/Accounting, MBA Preferred
* Advanced experience with spreadsheet analysis (using MS Excel) , database and system skills a plus
* Experienced with PowerPoint Presentations
* Work requires independent and innovating thinking to identify and analyze problems and to evaluate various situations and clearly articulate complex messages both in oral and written forms
* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with strong ``attention to detail`` orientation
*Team oriented
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
