| Descripción de la oferta: | Provide a complete Service to the installed base. Main responsabilities: *Install, maintain and repair instruments/systems in a defined territory· *Carry out service visits according the existing service agreements· *Give internal and external training to colleagues and customers· *Provide advise on use of instruments to the customer· *Active selling of Service Products· *Control of spare parts inventory within set targets· *Make record of carried out service visits· *Work within the guide lines of ISO 9001:2000 procedures· *Work within company policies and guidelines (Spirit & Letter, EHS)· *Complete allocated e-learning programs within agreed time. |
Requisitos
| Estudios mínimos: | Ciclo Formativo Superior - Electricidad y Electrónica |
| Experiencia mínima: | Al menos 2 años |
| Requisitos mínimos: | Education:· Appropriate technical education in electronics/mechanics Experience:· Min 2 years experience as field service engineer, knowledge in Chromatography systems would be an asset Other Skills:· Good knowledge of Spanish and good in English, Italian knowledge will be valued· Good PC-Skills· Driving licence· Good communication skills· Service oriented· Self-motivated· Team-oriented · Willing to travel within south Region and also Europe· Willing to live in the territory |
